Welcome back to my blog and the start of a new MFT release! The release will be live in the shop tomorrow at 10 AM ET. It is full of Christmas/Winter goodies just in time for holiday making. Today’s card features one of my favorite card styles – creating a collage style card – paired with a new die and stamp set.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Die cut the background layers using the Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics from Jalapeño Popper and white card stock, and from patterned paper from the Joyful Plaid pad. Splatter the white panel with diluted Tropical Teal ink. Adhere to the background.
- Die cut all of the pieces for the gnome’s mushroom house using the JB Gnome Home Die-namics. I die cut some pieces from colored cardstock and others from white cardstock to color with copic markers. Sometimes it is easier to cut from white and color than cut from several different colors of cardstock. Though, it is a good way to use your scraps.
- I added interest to the house by adding shading with ink blending and white pen highlights. I also added rock candy glitter around the house and the ground to mimic snow.
- Stamp and copic color a gnome from JB Gno Ho Ho and die cut with the coordinating die-namics. Add more glitter on top of the gnome. The gnome is so small so I did very simple coloring.
- Adhere the house and the gnome with foam tape.
- Using the same yellow copic marker as the inside of the windows, color a portion of white cardstock and stamp a sentiment on it using Jalapeño Popper dye ink.
- Die cut the sentiment using a banner die from the Money Tag Die-namics. Add twine and adhere to the card front.

Hope you enjoyed this card! Stop by all week for more inspiration from the new release. Thanks, as always, for reading.
