Card Kit Release! – MFT Stamps

The brand new, beautiful card kit, Flower Fusion, is live in the MFT shop now! I hope you’ll check it out! This kit features 5 layering stencils (Flower Fusion Stencil Set) and “Smart Masks”. These are intended to be layered over top of the floral stencils. The masking leaves an open strip for stamping a greeting from Essential Messages.

Included in kit: Essential Messages stamp set; Essential Hello Die-namics; Flower Fusion Stencil Set (5 pieces); Smart Mask – High/Low Strip; Smart Mask – Center Strip and various card stock – Cotton Candy, Poppin’ Pink, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Jalapeño Popper, Summer Splash, Caribbean Sea, Grapesicle, Grape Jelly, Porcelain White, and Black Licorice.

Three products are available separately: Sketchy Blooms stamp set; Stitched Diamond STAX; and the Cascading Diamonds Background stamp.

Today, I am featuring items from the kit in a clean and simple card. I think this would be perfect for mass producing one layer cards that are easy to mail.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. On a panel larger than A2 sized, place the Smart Mask – Center Strip. Keep this stencil in place for all stenciling.
  2. Stencil all 5 stencils from Floral Fusion with a variety of colors. I used my Catherine Pooler ink stash. I tried to use a light and a dark in the same color family to get some variation in the stenciling.
  3. After stenciling, trim the panel down with a paper trimmer.
  4. Add white pen detail around the panel to give extra detail to the flowers.
  5. With the Smart Mask in place, splatter with diluted blue ink. Lightly ink blend the corners with light green ink.
  6. Stamp a sentiment from Essential Messages in the center strip in black ink.
  7. Frame the sentiment with two thin strips of glitter paper. And then matte the panel with Blue Beyond cardstock.
  8. Adhere to an A2 card base.

Hope you’re inspired to check out this new kit! Thanks for stopping by! Next week, there will be a new Jenoblade release with more cute stamps.
