It’s back to the basics for the upcoming MFT Stamps Vault release – coming tomorrow at 10am ET. MFT is re-releasing a bunch of basic shape dies and Blueprints that serve as foundational pieces for your stash. For today’s card, I made a really clean and simple card. I wanted to try an abstract shape type card that I’ve seen on Pinterest. I made this for my husband’s Valentine’s Day card last week.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Using Ripe Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Red Hot cardstocks, I die cut several shapes using the Stitched Circle Frames Die-namics and Stitched Square Frames Die-namics.
- I used a variety of the shapes, both the frames and the negative die cut pieces to create a pattern on a ~5×7 panel of Gravel Gray cardstock.
- I added some leftover hearts from the Full of Heart Die-namics and covered them in glitter and crystal glaze.
- I splattered the panel with white ink.
- I white heat embossed a sentiment from Essential Messages on Red Hot cardstock and die cut using a banner die. I added staples and then popped it up with foam tape.
