Release Spotlight – MFT Stamps

I hope you had a chance to check out the release yesterday. MFT has been doing lives on release day to showcase the new products and the design team’s cards. Be sure to tune in on the MFT YouTube channel or on MFT’s Facebook page. For my last card inspiration, I am featuring JB Monkey Around Stamp & Die Duo. Oh my word are these little monkeys cute!!

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Trim an A2 panel of Chantilly Cream. Ink blend Orange Zest in the middle of the panel and splatter with diluted ink and white paint.
  2. Die cut a panel of Jalapeño Popper and Sour Apple using the largest die in Blueprints 29.
  3. From the center of the Sour Apple panel, use the second largest Stitched Circle Frames Die-namics.
  4. Lay the Sour Apple panel on top of the Jalapeño Popper panel, and line up the next smallest Stitched Circle Frames die. Run that through your die cut machine. This ensures that your circles are perfectly aligned.
  5. Add foam tape behind the Sour Apple panel.
  6. Stamp several images from Monkey Around and copic color. Die cut with the coordinating dies.
    Bananas: Y38, Y08, Y00, YG03
    Cake: E30, Y00, Y04, Y32
    Monkeys: E29, E27, E25, E23, E21, E30
  7. Die cut several leaves using Lush Leaves Die-namics from Limelight cardstock. Ink blend on each leaf so there is a little color variation.
  8. Arrange the images and die cuts on top and underneath the layers of the card front to create a dynamic card.
  9. Stamp a sentiment from the stamp set on Pretty in Plaid patterned paper and die cut with the rounded banner die from Blueprints 24.
  10. Add white dots and pen detail around the card for a final touch.

I hope I’ve inspired you throughout this new release! I so appreciate your encouragement, kind words, and support. Thanks so much for being a subscriber 🙂 I’ll be back soon with a new card kit.
