You Are Not Alone – MFT Stamps

Hope you all had a nice Easter weekend, for those who celebrate! Tomorrow at 10am ET, there is a brand new card kit, You Are Not Alone Card Kit, coming to the shop and it’s the perfect set of products to create a pick-me-up or encouragement card for anyone going through a tough time. I love the sentiments and the coordinating dies so much. The sentiments alone are a must-have for your stash, in my opinion!

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Trim a piece of Lemon Drop cardstock and a smaller piece of patterned paper from Soft Stripes Paper Pad. Adhere to an A2 card base.
  2. Use the Heavy Snowfall stencil with Lemon Drop ink to lightly ink above and below the strip of paper on the card base.
  3. Using the Fanciful Frame STAX Die-namics, die cut a panel from watercolor paper and from patterned paper from the new Soft Stripes Paper Pad included in the kit.
  4. On the watercolor panel, ink smoosh Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed distress oxide inks. Dry between layers and repeatedly smoosh to add texture until you’re happy.
  5. Adhere to the blue patterned paper panel and pop it up with foam tape on the card front.
  6. Die cut several flowers, leaves and stems using the Show of Support Die-namics with Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry, white, and Limelight cardstock.
  7. Add dimension to the flowers by ink blending Poppin’ Pink on the flowers and layer them.
  8. Add copic marker YG13 on the leaves.
  9. Adhere the floral scene and splatter with white ink. Lightly ink blend Jalapeño Popper ink to the bottom of the panel.
  10. Add yellow enamel dots to the flower centers.
  11. Stamp a sentiment from You Are Not Alone and die cut with the coordinating die-namics. Adhere to the card front.
  12. Add a white twine bow to the card.
