You’re A Gem – MFT Stamps – ink.therapy.designs

Hope your Tuesday is off to a great start! The new Greetings Collection is live and in the MFT shop right now! To inspire you, the team is sharing more inspiration featuring one of the new stamp sets. My card features the new Greetings for Good Humans set and the previously released, JB Precious Pals. Greetings for Good Humans is a great sentiment set with some wonderful sentiments. A couple of my favorites are ‘You are pure sunshine in human form’ and ‘You’re my “I can call you in the middle of the night” friend’.

I started off my stamping a few images from JB Precious Pals on Strathmore Toned Tan paper in light gray ink. I colored the images with my prisma colored pencils. I haven’t picked up my pencils in what feels like forever, so I’m happy it came back to me. It was fun to try and color gems, and I look forward to more practice with faceted jewels. I die cut the images with the coordinating dies.

Next, I created a background by die cutting a piece of Toned Tan paper with the largest die in Blueprints 25. I stamped a sentiment from Greetings for Good Humans on the bottom in black ink. I added some sparkles using stamps in JB Precious Pals and filled in the sparkles with a blue marker.

I created a frame using the Classic Rectangle Frames Die-namics from the same tan paper. I added foam tape to the shaker walls, added shaker bits, and matted the shaker on Poppin’ Pink cardstock.

I popped up the bunny with foam tape on top of the shaker window and added the two diamonds. Finally, I added a sub-sentiment from JB Precious Pals. I die cut it with a banner die and adhered it near the top.
