Best Friend – MFT Stamps

I hope you are enjoying the release so far! I’m sharing a simple card today that focused on copic coloring the sweet characters from YUZU Long Walk with a Best Friend. I usually use a bunch of markers so I never (or very rarely) write them down. Just use what you have to color!

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. On a strip of white cardstock, ink blend Summer Splash from the top and Field Day from the bottom. Splatter with clean water for added texture.
2. Stamp the park bench and bushes from the YUZU Long Walk with a Best Friend stamp set. Add more “grass” with a green copic marker.
3. Matte the strip with some Sour Apple cardstock, and then add to a 5.5×4 inch panel. Adhere to a kraft card base.
4. Stamp the sentiment in Memento Rich Cocoa ink on the card front.
5. Stamp and copic color images from YUZU Long Walk with a Best Friend. Die cut with the coordinating die-namics.
6. Pop up the images on the card front.
7. For embellishment, add pink enamel dots.
