Today, I have a sweet and colorful card to share. With the sequins I added, it looks like a faux shaker. This was not intentional, but I’m happy with the result! This card was fairly quick to put together as it involves no stamping and no coloring.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Die cut the Joy Die-namics from Cotton Candy cardstock. Trim it down to fit a card front.
- Behind the die cut word, add a panel of patterned paper from Holiday Plaid Paper Pad.
- Die cut the pieces for the candies using the Sweet Sticks – Holiday Edition Die-namics from white and colored cardstock.
- Adhere the candies together then add to the card front. Add rock candy glitter to the candy for some shine and added texture.
- Splatter the card with white paint.
- Finally, add clear sequins inside the open die cut word. It looks like a faux shaker card.

Thanks so much for reading! I have another fun card to share tomorrow.

Hi Tiffany, you make the BEST cards! I love this one. I always use non-traditional Christmas colors on my cards (that’s my jam!). I need to get myself motivated to make this year’s cards. I have been in the worst crafty slump and just can’t bring myself to craft. I have all my supplies, just need to sit down and start making the cards.
Thanks for sharing another beautiful card.

That’s so kind of you to say, Kim! I am so happy to hear from you and I pray all is well. Aww I’m sorry you’ve been in a slump lately. Is there anything I can do to help? How about clear everything away from your craft table and just pick one stamp set or die set you’ve been itching to play with – let’s say Christmas themed since it’s that time of year – and stamp something out or die cut a few pieces. Don’t even worry about making a whole card, just do one small thing each day and eventually, you’ll have a finished beautiful, card! Hopefully compartmental making helps kick start your creativity. Sending you encouragement and motivation 🙂
