Countdown Day 2 – MFT Stamps

The countdown is trucking along; I hope you are enjoying the new products! Today, the team is featuring one of two new Pure Innocence stamps. I used PI Safe Place and the coordinating die-namics.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Stamp the image from PI Safe Place using Memento Rich Cocoa ink. Copic color the image with a variety of colors. Die cut the image with its coordinating die.
  2. Stamp the image again on Soft Stripes patterned paper. Fussy cut out the blanket. Color the white stripes in the pattern with YG01. Adhere the blanket in place on the die cut image.
  3. Stamp a sentiment in Rich Cocoa on Sour Apple cardstock. Trim into a strip.
  4. For the background, adhere several scraps of Soft Stripes patterned paper on white paper. Overlap and angle the scraps for added interest.
  5. Die cut the panel with the largest die in the Stitched Pinking Edge Circle STAX Die-namics. I think it kind of looks like a blanket which fits the theme of the card.
  6. Use another pinking edge circle to die cut heavyweight vellum.
  7. Adhere the layers together including the image and sentiment strip.
  8. Adhere to a 4.25 inch square card.
  9. Embellish with white enamel dots.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
