April Release! – MFT Stamps

It’s release day! Head over to the shop and pick up your wish list! Today, I am featuring another adorable Jenoblade stamp set called Bear Hugs and its coordinating die-namics.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. On a Kraft, A2 card base, adhere a panel die cut with the large scallop die in Blueprints 27.
  2. In the middle of the panel, ink blend Lemon Drop dye ink. Splatter with diluted ink, water, and white paint.
  3. Die cut a white frame using the Stitched Rectangle Frames Die-namics. Ink blend a little yellow ink around the interior edges. Adhere with foam tape.
  4. Stamp several images from JB Bear Hugs in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and copic color. I didn’t love how the copics turned out so I added colored pencils on top of the copic color to fill in some inconsistencies and add depth to the shading. I really like how prisma pencils look on top of copic markers. Die cut the images out with their coordinating dies.
  5. Adhere two scraps of patterned paper from Soft Stripes to ground the images on top of the frame. I trimmed the scraps with my Tim Holtz guillotine cutter.
  6. Stamp a sentiment on Lemon Drop cardstock and die cut with a banner die from Blueprints 27. Adhere on the upper right of the frame.
  7. Embellish with clear, sparkling sequins.

Thanks so much for all your support for my projects this release! I appreciate you being here. See you on the blog again soon. ๐Ÿ™‚
