Hello crafty friends and welcome to the Reverse Confetti Blog Hop for the September release! Today’s the day to go shopping! Please be sure to check out the full hop list to see the amazing inspiration from the team!!

If you missed my Countdown to Confetti Day cards, please be sure to check back at my 3 previous posts. I had fun playing with these products. For today, I decided to create a clean and simple card that I think can be done in many different color combos or dies for new looks. I used the Autumn Apple Cider stamp set and coordinating dies.

To start, I created a mini slimline card base from kraft cardstock. Next, I created my striped panel. I chose a rainbow of fall colors and cut 1/4 inch strips of cardstock. I chose the colors from the variety of cardstock in my craft stash. I adhered the strips in rainbow order on a scrap piece of copy paper with tape runner. I trimmed the excess cardstock and adhered it to my card base.

On a mini slimline-sized piece of heavyweight, white cardstock, I die cut the apple three times. I popped up this panel on top of the paper strips with foam tape for dimension. I gold heat embossed three leaves on Kraft paper and used the coordinating dies. I popped up the leaves with a double piece of foam tape so they stood out a bit more from the white background. Finally, I gold heat embossed the sentiment and fussy cut it out. I adhered the sentiment with foam tape for dimension, and that’s it! A clean and simple, fall-inspired card. You could switch up the silhouette die and the paper strip colors for completely different looks. Thanks so much for stopping by and hope you enjoy the new release! Happy crafting 🙂
