The start of a new month means a brand new Spellbinders kits of the month! This month, I am featuring the Sept Glimmer of the Month (GOM) called Glimmering Build A Banner. The set contains 8 hot foil plates and 3 cutting dies. It makes the perfect sentiment banner that can be used on a number of projects. It is so cute!
